Boss Summons
Boss Summons are the four items that call up a boss at its altar or arena. Each one belongs to a quest line, and each quest page has the full walkthrough.
Usage#
| Item | Summons | Where to use it | Quest line |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sculk Transmitter | Corrupted Champion | the altar in a Lich Prison; it is used up | Sculk Transmitter (Act III-b) |
| Shell Horn | Captain Cornelia | near water in an Ice Maze | Aquamirae (“Call Captain back from the dead.”) |
| Cinderous Soulcaller | Echo of Tyros | rung next to the Cinderous Soul Rune under the Citadel’s glass dome | Defeat Echo of Tyros (Act III) |
| Blessed Beetle | Sunleia, again | the Forgotten Sands | Dungeons and Combat bosses (Act II) |
- The Sculk Transmitter has no recipe: an Ancient Temple’s secret chest always holds one. It also goes into several of Soulrend’s weapon upgrades. Its “Unlinked” tooltip is Deeper and Darker’s own container-linking feature.
- The Blessed Beetle is for a second fight: Sunleia’s first fight happens in her Pantheon without it.
