Dungeons and Combat Bosses

The Dungeons and Combat branch of Act II covers the bosses of the Dungeons and Combat mod. Its two required fights are Sunleia and Kamath, both level 30: killing both completes the Bottom-Left Shard quest, which gives the Mysterious Shard. The branch also has The GraveWatcher, the optional Ernos, gear from each boss, and the links to three Tales of Soulrend chapters.

Requirements#

  • The Real Journey Begins opens the Dungeons and Combat checkmark. Its “Move to Dungeons and Combat Chapter” button points at a chapter that isn’t in the quest book.

Find Structure: The Pantheon of Sunleia (Act II)

To resummon Sunleia, you need a Blessed Beetle, items needed are in next quest

The Forgotten Sands quest adds: “Nice structure, if you wanna resummon sunleia and craft some magic equipment”. Its link (“If you are mage, look this!”) opens the Forgotten Sands quest in Magic Equipment.

The Gravedigger (Act II)

A weapon steeped in death.

By consuming Cursed Souls, the Gravedigger can summon fallen warriors to fight at its wielder’s side. A grim reminder that even death is not always the end.

Rewards#

“Chipped Gems”, “Flawed Gems”, “Common Loot”, “Rare Loot” and “Structure Loot” are rolls on the Quest Reward Tables.

Walkthrough#

  1. Find the Pantheon of Sunleia (deserts) and the Ruins of Kamath (forests and plains) with an Explorer’s Compass. See Sunleia and Kamath.

  2. Kill both bosses, then claim the Bottom-Left Shard. Both are level 30, so they are the easiest seal bosses.

  3. To fight Sunleia again, visit the Forgotten Sands and make a Blessed Beetle:

  4. Sunleia’s essence goes into the Hand of Sunleia and the two necklaces. Soulrend changes these recipes:

  5. The GraveWatcher (level 20) is the weakest boss of the act and a good first fight.
