Defeat Echo of Tyros
Defeat Echo of Tyros is the Act III line for the Citadel, a black castle in the Nether from Iron’s Spellbooks. Ringing a Cinderous Soulcaller at the rune under its glass dome summons Echo of Tyros, whose kill quest opens two more item quests.

Find Structure: Citadel (Act III)
The Citadel is a new Structure in the Nether, its a big black Castle with a Glass Dome at the top. In the middle of the Dome is a Block called Cinderous Soul Rune. You need to craft a Cinderous Soulcaller, ring it next to that Block, defeat the Spawning Boss and then he drops the Decrepit Key. There are Vaults all over the Citadel, they work just like trial chamber vaults/keys. You should get Pyrium from those Vaults
The Decrepit Flamberge quest adds: “Rare drop from Ancient Knight” (see Ancient Knight).

Find the Citadel with an Explorer’s Compass.

Craft a Cinderous Soulcaller:

Climb to the glass dome, ring the Soulcaller next to the Cinderous Soul Rune, and kill Echo of Tyros. See Echo of Tyros.

Use the Decrepit Key it drops on the Citadel’s vaults for Pyrium.
