Cataclysm Eyes
Cataclysm Eyes are the eight eyes that open the dimensions of the Eight Sins, the Cataclysm bosses of Act III.
Usage#
Right-clicking an eye while sneaking takes its user into that eye’s dimension, where the boss waits. Entering gives Slow Falling and lands the player at a random spot (Cataclysm Dimension’s config).

All eight are crafted, and each has an Act III quest. The Eye of Flame quest mentions Burning Ashes, but Soulrend’s recipe doesn’t use them. The Act IV “Free The End” quest also gives an Eye of Storm.
