Other Boss Drops

Other Boss Drops covers boss drops from the smaller boss mods: Aquamirae (Captain Cornelia), Mowzie’s Mobs (Frostmaw, Umvuthi and the Sculptor), Ice and Fire’s legendary monsters, Deeper and Darker’s Heart of the Deep and Nightfall’s Disaster Fragment.

Usage#

Aquamirae

• Frozen Key: Captain Cornelia's drop. It opens the frozen chest hidden in the depths of the Ice Maze, which holds the Rune of the Storm.
• Rune of the Storm: combined with a sword at a Smithing Table, it gives the sword the Rune of the Storm perk: 33% more damage in cold biomes.
• Divider: each hit adds a stack of Health Decrease to the target for 10 s, cutting its maximum health by 5% per stack, up to 10 stacks.
• Abyssal Amethyst crafts the Abyssal armor, the Divider, Fin Cutter and Maze Rose, and Soulrend’s Moon Crystals.

Mowzie’s Mobs. The tooltips describe each item:

• Sol Visage: worn as a helmet; right-clicking while holding an Umvuthana mask summons a minion, and right-clicking a minion returns it to its mask.
• Umvuthana masks: each gives one effect while worn (jump boost, health boost, swiftness, strength, resistance or haste).
• Earthrend Gauntlet: lifts boulders from earthen ground and throws them, or tunnels through the ground.
• Ice Crystal: held right-click channels an icy whirlwind; it recharges while in the inventory.

Ice and Fire

• Hydra Heart: in the hotbar, gives Regeneration that grows stronger the more injured its holder is.
• Eye of Cyclops: held, it gives Weakness to all nearby hostile mobs.
• Siren Tear crafts the Siren Flute and a banner pattern.
• Gorgon Head: unobtainable in Soulrend. The pack’s loot tables make the Gorgon drop a Witherbone instead.

Heart of the Deep. Used on Reinforced Deepslate in the Overworld or the Otherside, it opens a 6 × 3 Otherside Portal and is used up (see The Otherside). It is also crafted into the Black Eye, one of the End portal eyes. The Warden doesn’t drop it in Soulrend; it is crafted.

Disaster Fragment - Red is the Scarlet Hunter's drop, used to upgrade the Warriors-BroadBlade.

• Hold both Sneak and Jump to rise upward on a pillar of earth
• The pillar’s width increases if it grows through geomancy boulders
• Recharges while in inventory
