Tempest is a chakram from Simply Swords. It is weapon 32 of 37 in Way of the Dancing Blades, a Pursuit of Mastery quest chapter.

Usage#
- Vortex (unique effect): attacks attach elemental energy to the target, causing damage over time and element-specific debuffs. The effect stacks (up to 10).
- On right-click: the wielder pulls all nearby elements back to themselves, forming a vortex of elemental energy that damages nearby enemies and grows in size.
The ability scales with Frost and Fire spell power.
