Usage#
- Permafrost (unique effect): while it is wielded, a frost aura damages and slows enemies within 4 blocks.
- Hold right-click: the wielder spends hunger to summon a blizzard that slows and damages enemies within 8 blocks, for up to 10 s. Cooldown 30 s.
The ability scales with Frost spell power.
