Usage#
Its tooltip calls it a strong shield that blocks even the strongest attacks but “seems to need something in order to release its full potential”. That something is its partner sword, Herrscher: with Herrscher in the main hand, Gesetz uses Herrscher’s guard poses, and Herrscher’s innate skill Regierung adds shield attacks. On its own it has no attacks.
