Spell Gems are 33 gems for Iron’s Spells 'n Spellbooks builds, from Iron’s itself and from Fallen Gems & Affixes: school spell power, school levels and other spellcasting bonuses. All drop at random in every dimension. A 34th, the Omnispell Level Gem, is disabled.
