Kinetic energy is stored in them and transmuted into endpower.

is condensed into end bullets.
The other half is transfered into a particle accelerator that overcharges
the endpower until it blasts the bullet out with tremendous force and precision.
All of that in just a fraction of a second ... outstanding!
