Dread Queen

Dread Queen is a boss that Ice and Fire has planned but not finished. The mod contains its code and a name, but version 2.1.13 doesn’t register it as an entity, so it can’t spawn and can’t be summoned in Soulrend.

The Dread Queen’s model and texture, which Ice and Fire ships unused.

Two of its items still exist:

Blade of the Dreaded Queen, which Soulrend makes craftable by weapon fusion (a Cataclysm crafting type): Dread Knight's Sword fused with a Pocket Black Hole.
